Write our AI acceptable-use policy, show me the risks and how we'll control them, give staff a one-page guide, and train them.
Client scenario
Welcome to the AI Task Force. You've been brought in by Brightline Creative (fictional), a 40-person marketing agency. Staff have started using AI chatbots for writing, images and research, with no rules at all. The Operations Director wants that fixed before something goes wrong.
Client: The Operations Director (the teacher in role). The rest of the class plays Brightline's employees at the training.
Staff use AI tools however they like. Some uses are fine, some put client data, accuracy and fairness at risk, and nobody knows which is which.

The twist: The Operations Director hands over the Incident Card (H3): an employee pasted a client's private customer list into a free public chatbot to write personalized emails.
Standards mapped
Mapped means the framework is verified and the teacher confirms the evidence. It isn't a claim that a project meets a standard.

Safety, devices and privacy
School devices only. No phones, and no personal accounts.
AI tools only if the school provides them through a school-managed account. Students never sign up for a chatbot or use a personal account. The project works fully without any AI tool: the AI outputs are printed (H7).
Students never type real personal information, or the fictional "customer list", into any AI tool or website. The incident in Part 6 is a scenario card. The customer list is described, not supplied.
All agency staff, clients and customers are fictional. Students never contact real businesses.
The training session is live in the classroom and is not filmed or recorded.
No student names, photos or personal information in any deliverable. Sign work "Team [#]".
Low-cost, school-realistic materials only. Follow the school's usual classroom rules and the school's own technology use policy.
Creative Dad On the Job is in-class client project work. It is not a paid, off-campus On-the-Job Training (OJT) placement.
